CENTRIFUGAL CRUSHER



Purpose: fine crushing of ore and non-metallic bulk materials with breaking point up to 250 Mpa.

Principle of operation: "stone by stone" crushing. The material flow fed up by the rotor comes into the crushing chamber where the stone lining layer is formed and the self-grinding process is performed.

Application:
  • construction materials industry - production of quality cubiform crushed-stone with bottom granularity less than 10%, production of high-quality sand;
  • metal mining industry - crushing of different kinds of ore;
  • coal-mining industry - mining of graded coals;
  • metallurgy industry - slag processing for metals extraction.

The crusher is capable to produce various grain fraction sizes , thanks to following design features:
  1. Rotor rotation frequency
    Rotor rotation frequency increasing will speed up the velocity of the lumps of rock in the crusher chamber. This scales down the output fraction size.
  2. "Cascading" factor
    Increasing the cascading factor more than 20% causes decreasing the crushing ratio, however the overall crusher's output increased.
  3. Adjustment of fed material cascading flow intensity
    Cascading feed system provides flexibility of the workflow and control of crushed products fraction size, that allows maintain the pre-set parameters of crushed product.
  4. Quality of loaded material
    Changing the fraction size of the bulk material fed into crusher causes the corresponding changes in final product's fraction size.

FINE SIZING VIBRATORY SCREENS




Purpose:fine sizing bulk solids (finest screened fraction about 0.05 mm).
Suitable for screening wide range of materials such as: granite dust, marble, dolomite, limestone, coal, chalk, fine salt, quartz sand, components for dry building mixtures as well.

Design features: Available in one-, two- or three-deck version.
While operating the sieves are set vibrating directly by vibro-exciter. Resonance effect allows to get the higher sieve bands vibration amplitude and to avoid adhering of screened material to sieves.
Due to the variable vibrating width and inclination, our GVM vibratory screens can be precisely adjusted to customer specific product and combines high material throughputs with minimum power consumption.
